This activity book helps children in Grades 5 and 6 develop an understanding of healthy and unhealthy behaviours; how to set boundaries; and how to talk to a safe adult when something makes them feel uncomfortable. When children learn what behaviours are unhealthy, understand how to set boundaries, and can identify when someone has broken a boundary, it reduces their vulnerability to victimization, and increases their personal safety.
