Inventory and Shipping Coordinator

The Canadian Centre for Child Protection is a charitable organization dedicated to the personal safety of all children. We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and motivated individual to fill the position of Inventory and Shipping Coordinator.

The Inventory and Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing packages for shipment.
  • Ordering, receiving, processing, storing, maintaining, issuing and controlling stocks of inventory and other items from stockroom, and warehouse
  • Keeping accurate records and compiling inventory reports.

Requirements include:

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and focus on quality and detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work with others in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivation and independence
  • Flexibility, creativity, enthusiasm and a high energy level
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and databases
  • Professional image and mature approach to customer service;
  • Driver’s license and access to vehicle required
  • Lifting and carrying packages is a necessary component of this job
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

Salary range is $25,000 to $30,000 depending on experience plus benefit plan.
